Medical CPD Club operates as a trading name for Medical Thinking Ltd.

Medical Thinking Ltd is committed to upholding this Privacy Policy and complying with applicable laws in the operation of its business.

The data controller (or "controller," as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation) is Medical Thinking Ltd, located at Ryedale Lodge, Station Road, Nunnington, York YO62 5XB.   • Mailing list subscriptions: Five years from last engagement

  • Speaker contracts: Duration of contract plus six years

  • Third-party data: Retention as specified in third-party contracts

  • Online registration data: Five years post last login
